These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the online appointment booking and patient management services provided by Sleepwell Clinic (“Clinic”, “we”, “us”) through this website, powered by the Treatlly platform. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account
- You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to book appointments. Verification is done via OTP (One-Time Password).
- You are responsible for keeping your mobile number and account credentials secure.
- You may book appointments for yourself or for family members added to your account.
- Only one active appointment (pending or confirmed) is allowed per patient at a time.
2. Appointment Booking
- Appointments are subject to doctor availability and slot capacity.
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Unpaid bookings expire automatically.
- The clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or doctor unavailability.
- Follow-up appointments require a valid prescription reference from a previous visit with the same doctor.
3. Fees & Payment
The following fees apply when booking an appointment online:

4. Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel a confirmed appointment. A cancellation fee of ₹50.0 applies.
- If the clinic cancels or reschedules and you decline the new time, you receive a full refund of the consultation fee.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Patient Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal and medical information during registration and booking.
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments. No-shows may forfeit the consultation fee.
- Follow medical advice and prescriptions provided by the treating doctor.
- Do not misuse the platform for fraudulent bookings or impersonation.
6. Clinic Responsibilities
- Provide professional medical consultations through qualified, registered doctors.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records in accordance with applicable laws.
- Notify patients promptly in case of appointment cancellations or schedule changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Treatlly platform provides technology infrastructure for appointment booking and practice management. Medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment are the sole responsibility of the treating doctor and clinic. Neither the clinic nor the platform shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of these services.
8. Privacy
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where the clinic is located.
